"While trying to change my dad's information With State Farm, Dawn, One of Lisa's staff simply refused to help me. All she kept saying was she couldn't tell me anything but didn't give me any recourse to help myself then she hung up on me. It would be nice if Lisa would actually call me and discuss in a kind way why they can't help me and what I can do to help myself. A direction to follow, A path so that I can take care of my dad's business for him while he's in hospice care before he actually dies. Lisa if you get this message I would greatly appreciate a phone call you have my number maybe ought to get some new staff that know how to be kind to people that are having to take care of Their loved ones while they're actively dying... just a thought though"

As I and my entire team has told you several times over the last 2 years (and we have tried to say it nicely many many times)… State Farm Corporate has advised us that without proper authorization forms on file we cannot release any information to you or anyone regarding your dads accounts. It is for our customers protection and security. This is outside of mine and my teams authority.In the response to your email today I sent you a copy of the letter that was mailed to you from corporate with the appropriate steps and a phone number to call.
