"While trying to change my dad's information With State Farm, Dawn, One of Lisa's staff simply refused to help me. All she kept saying was she couldn't tell me anything but didn't give me any recourse to help myself then she hung up on me. It would be nice if Lisa would actually call me and discuss in a kind way why they can't help me and what I can do to help myself. A direction to follow, A path so that I can take care of my dad's business for him while he's in hospice care before he actually dies. Lisa if you get this message I would greatly appreciate a phone call you have my number maybe ought to get some new staff that know how to be kind to people that are having to take care of Their loved ones while they're actively dying... just a thought though"

"I have been with Lisa Reed - State Farm for many years now. I have moved cities and been wooed by other offices. I would never break-up with this office. Each time I call, I am greeted and talked to like a friend...professionally, but like a friend. I feel they know me and care. I usually speak with Anita or Andrew and the are the BEST. They put up with me calling just to check in and make sure all accounts are up to date or go out of their way to help me with a question. In this age of automated assistance...I'll stick with the REAL THING!"

"I had a minor fender bender, and the liable party went radio silent, so I had to make a claim. Anita and team kept me updated on progress and provided quality information on what is an obscure process to me as well as quickly handling the hiccups along the way. After the other insurance provider accepted responsibility, rental reimbursements were handled within 24 hours and my deductible will be returned post haste. I’ve been with this agency for over 10 years now and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere."
